Remember the above URL link, its how you get back into the admin section. When setting up the admin info, you have an option of creating your own user (site member). Once thats done, you will have full access to the ADMIN SECTION. There you can edit or change this message in the admin/messages section, and set-up your Preferences in admin/preferences area. Load Blocks and Modules, and get to know the system better.
